The Territory Sales Executive is responsible for creating and executing sales plans to achieve Company financial goals. In this position you will work with a team of sales specialists and operations staff to maximize revenues within the established customer base and increase new opportunities through strategic selling efforts at clinical departmental and executive levels within hospitals and health systems (IDN's).
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience with medical equipment and service solutions in the healthcare industry. They will have a proven track record of success in addition to excellent communication, time management and organizational skills. It is also imperative that they have a strategic mindset, strong financial acumen and a ability to manage change. The ideal candidate will also have a broad understand of healthcare and experience within the hospital and IDN market in the territory.
Must have 3 years of related healthcare sales experience to be considered for the position. This experience will be in medical devices, equipment or services. Must have prior experience in medical equipment or service solutions, selling into the hospital C-suite and IDN customers in the territory. Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is required.
