Overview

They are seeking a Director to join the Company's Structured Finance team in San Francisco, CA, serving as the primary deal lead for their Utility-Scale Solar & Storage projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of the financial models & serve as commercial lead for negotiations with external counterparties on financing transactions
• Originate new relationships with financing parties across the tax equity, debt and cash equity landscape
• Create & lead presentations and other materials for key stakeholders (Investment Committee, Board of Directors, and external financing parties).

Qualifications

• 5-10 Years Finance Experience, 5+ Years Experience in Renewables
• Experience with tax equity structures, financial analysis, quantitative, and modeling skills
• Ability to successfully lead and close deals
