KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate in Human Capital Advisory for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in client-facing workforce transformation workstreams to support clients in talent development, talent performance, workforce design and architecture, and workforce analytics
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, and project and financial management
  • Drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources, and training for workforce transformation efforts
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers, and methodology guides
  • Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of recent relevant work experience related to Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; preferred two years of advisory experience within a major consulting firm. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or related field preferred
  • Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives based on understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices in the human capital space
  • Experience managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing deadlines, and engaging with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
