About The Role & Team

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Product Engineer to join the Foundations team within Amplitude. You will be part of a passionate group of engineers helping modern businesses transform their products through data.

As a Senior Frontend Product Engineer, you will be responsible for partnering closely with your team's Product Manager and Product Designer to ship best-in-class features for our Analytics product. If you're someone who loves building user-delighting experiences, then we'd love to speak with you!

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will:

  • 4+ years of experience developing interactive, user-facing applications and websites
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Drive business impact through leading the highest leverage projects
  • Have exceptional communication skills and a track record of successful delivery/execution
  • Constant desire to learn and grow in the field of web development
  • Have interest or experience in technical leadership of an engineering team

You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:

  • Backend experience writing web services with Node.js
  • Experience with GraphQL
  • Experience with front-end testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, etc.
