HP IQ is HP's new AI innovation lab. Combining startup agility with HP's global scale, we're building intelligent technologies that redefine how the world works, creates, and collaborates. We're assembling a diverse, world-class team—engineers, designers, researchers, and product minds—focused on creating an intelligent ecosystem across HP's portfolio. By embedding AI advancements into every HP product and service, we're expanding what's possible for individuals, organisations, and the future of work. Join us as we reinvent work, so people everywhere can do their best work.
The Device Experience team is building intelligent, desktop-native applications that redefine how people engage with their PCs. These aren't traditional applications—they're responsive, local-first experiences that surface AI-powered insights, actions, and context, right when and where users need them. You'll help craft the interface between human intent and machine intelligence—engineering native software deeply integrated with Windows and optimized for performance. This work is core to how HP IQ brings the future of work to life: fluid, adaptive, and powered by intelligence that runs directly on the device. We're looking for an engineer who's excited to shape modern, intuitive experiences, and help define how users across HP's global footprint interact with intelligent systems every day. You'll lead by example, drive core application architecture, and help shape a flagship product from the ground up.
