We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead image generation model research and development efforts. As the Code Assist generation model scientist lead, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge code generation and manipulation technologies. You will lead a team of world-class scientists in exploring new frontiers of code generation for the most popular languages, simplifying documentation, unit testing, optimizing existing code, explaining code, and enabling natural language interfaces with database systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop advanced code generation techniques, including code-to-code, doc-to-code, and emerging approaches.
  • Design, train, and implement high-quality code generation models.
  • Lead and mentor a team of scientists and engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate code generation features into products.
  • Identify and explore new opportunities in image and code generation technologies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

  • PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Linguistics, or related field with a focus on Machine Learning/Deep Learning (preferred), or Master's/Bachelor's with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong publication record in top-tier journals or conferences.
  • Extensive experience in image generation, computer vision, and deep learning.
  • Proven leadership in research and development projects.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and architectures.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
