Overview

New APP, Co-Founder Opportunity at Telehire.ai. Master Degree or PhD in CS, AI related is preferred. You need to invest to buy equity. We're seeking a Co-Founder to join Telehire.ai, contributing both financially and with your time in exchange for equity. This unpaid position is for the first month; if we are a good match, it will become a paid position.

About Us: We are part of the NVIDIA Inception Program and have successfully raised seed funding. Our global team thrives on adapting to and embracing diverse work cultures.

As a Co-Founder, you'll play a critical role across various domains, including marketing, sales, and product development. This position is initially non-paid for 2 months, but equity is offered as part of your compensation to help scale our U.S. business.

Qualifications

• AI Engineering: Experience with LangChain, Llama3, NVIDIA's LLM models, or deploying OpenAI models.
• SaaS Sales: Expertise in transforming traditional workflows into AI-driven, end-to-end automated solutions.
• CFO/Finance: Prior experience in venture capital or startup environments (not just investment banking) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to industry benchmarking, business needs analysis, model training, and product implementation.
• Drive user acquisition and impact by focusing on core metrics and user needs.
• Lead initiatives like event planning, content creation, and training programs.
• Collaborate with the team to reshape work processes through AI and build the future together.
