What we do
The Corporate Development team at the Trade Desk helps develop medium- and long-term strategies and execute transactions that keep us at the leading edge of the advertising technology market. The team collaborates with senior management and product leaders to understand strategic priorities and solve them through internal or external allocation of capital and resources, business partnerships, joint ventures, and investments. You will work on high-impact projects related to long-term strategy, optimal capital allocation, transactions, partnerships, and investments.
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Manager to support the team with diligence, evaluating businesses, financial modeling, reading and negotiating legal documents, project management, and presenting critical data needed to evaluate and consummate transactions. The ideal candidate has proven experience in corporate development within a high-growth technology environment, is a self-starter with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, highly collaborative, and able to communicate findings confidently to a wide range of stakeholders.

Actual amounts may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible for stock-based compensation and other benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package.

Salary: The base salary range is $124,900 — $228,900 USD, subject to applicable laws and company policies.
