If you live at the intersection of pop culture and marketplace innovation, and if building is your passion, this is your career‑defining role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership: Develop the end-to-end business strategy and vision for the category. Own the full P&L, driving GMV and profitability through data analysis, forecasting, and planning. Architect assortment strategy, launching new sub-categories.
  • Ecosystem & Partnership Development: Build brand acquisition and growth playbook, forge relationships with brands like LEGO and Mattel, and build strategic partnerships with IP holders and influencers.
  • Go-to-Market & Community: Collaborate with marketing to create a compelling customer experience, pioneer new growth channels, and embed yourself in the community to build loyalty.
  • Team & Cross-Functional Leadership: Recruit and coach a high-performing team, influence product and engineering roadmaps, and collaborate with merchandising teams for a cohesive strategy.

Who You Are

  • Proven P&L owner with marketplace growth experience.
