Position Summary

This role involves overseeing job-related activities, developing relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans to meet customer and business needs, and promoting continuous learning and improvement.

What you'll do

• Coordinate activities, build accountability, identify improvement opportunities, and support continuous learning.
• Provide supervision, development, and mentoring for associates.
• Ensure compliance with policies, support company values, and implement related action plans.
• Deliver customer service, prepare reports, and support key business processes.
• Provide market insights through research and communication to support decision-making.
• Manage processes for efficiency and compliance, including documentation and training.
• Handle customer requests using analytical tools and systems.
• Ensure data accuracy through analysis and evaluation of information and metrics.
• Support business strategies with data analysis and insights, collaborating with partners.
• Demonstrate respect, act with integrity, serve customers, and strive for excellence through continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field, with 2 years' experience in data analytics, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in these fields.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field, Project Management Certification, Six Sigma certification, or proficiency in Statistical Programming Languages.
