Overview

We are looking for a seasoned AI Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI/Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions tailored for the Retail domain. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on experience in AI product lifecycle management, stakeholder collaboration, and translating business needs into scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• AI Product Strategy & Roadmap – Own and drive the AI product roadmap focusing on retail use cases such as Yield Optimization, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and Trade ROI; Prioritize and manage a backlog of AI initiatives based on business impact and feasibility.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Translation – Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams; conduct workshops to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
• Execution & Delivery – Lead cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and developers to deliver AI solutions; ensure timely execution, quality assurance, and post-launch optimization.
• Performance Measurement – Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics for each AI initiative; use data-driven insights to iterate and improve product performance.
• Provide constructive feedback during code reviews and be open to feedback on your own code.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking; ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members.
• Provide regular updates and due diligence to carry out responsibilities; communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders via verbal, email, and instant messages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems/CIS, or a related field
• 8+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in AI/ML-related roles
• 3 years in AI product strategy or roadmap ownership, Gen AI, Agentic AI, and LLM-based workflows
• 5 years in product delivery in AI/ML projects, stakeholder management and business analysis
• Understanding of Gen AI, Agentic AI, and LLM-based workflows
• Preferred experience in Retail domain use cases - pricing, promotions, customer segmentation, and supply chain optimization
• Background in data science, engineering, or analytics is a plus; exposure to Ethical AI, data governance, and privacy compliance
• Experience with AI orchestration platforms, agentic workflows, and LLM fine-tuning is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to Jira/Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
