Pay Range: $53 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage activities and personnel associated with the project to ensure its success.
• Work with users to identify their needs.
• Deliver quality system solutions to business problems.
• Develop conceptual requirements during the analysis phase.
• Support the production environment proactively through tracking management activities.
• Address ongoing systems needs of the client/user community.
• Supervise project teams; develop goals and objectives; monitor staffing plans; utilize SDLC for system development; provide project status reports; analyze user needs; develop system requirements and integration plans; coordinate system phases; consult on business applications; track problems; prepare and deliver presentations.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills: Project management, Veeva Vault, Quality Control.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Information Services, or Computer Science; four to six years consulting experience.
• Experience: 8-12 years, including at least two years in consulting and project management; formal SDLC training; strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills; political awareness.
