We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) with expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Kinaxis RapidResponse upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of managing enterprise technology initiatives in supply chain and product lifecycle domains. This role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination skills, along with hands-on experience with PLM systems and Kinaxis.

• Lead end-to-end management of PLM and Kinaxis upgrade projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and reporting.
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Manage upgrade activities, including testing cycles (SIT, UAT), cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Oversee dependencies between PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter, ENOVIA, Windchill, Agile PLM, etc.) and Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committee updates, and cross-functional meetings.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, SOX, and other regulatory standards (if applicable).
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide regular progress updates and KPIs to senior leadership.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA/advanced degree preferred).
• 8+ years of IT/Technology Project Management experience, with at least 3–5 years in PLM and Kinaxis projects.
• Strong experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse upgrade/migration.
• Hands-on experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter, ENOVIA, Windchill, Agile PLM, or equivalent).
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Industry experience in pharma/life sciences, manufacturing, or high-tech preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional environment.
  

• Experience with global PLM rollouts or Kinaxis integrations.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning, demand management, and product lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience working with system integrators and vendors.
