Job Details

Responsible for drawing blood from patients for medical testing, transfusions, donations, or research. Ensuring proper labeling and handling of specimens, maintain patient comfort and safety during procedures, and follow strict protocols to prevent contamination or infection.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples via venipuncture or fingersticks
- Verify patient identity and ensure accurate labeling of specimens
- Maintain sterile equipment and follow safety procedures
- Provide reassurance and support to patients during blood draws
- Prepare specimens for laboratory analysis
