Overview
Director, Strategic Partnerships at Babylist to lead the media sales and partnerships team, owning revenue delivery, team performance, and go-to-market strategy across Babylist's media partnerships, creative programs, and audience-first initiatives. Reports to the VP of Strategic Partnerships and is a key part of the Revenue leadership team.
What the Role Is
We're hiring a Director, Strategic Partnerships to lead Babylist's high-performing Media sales & partnerships team. You'll manage and mentor a group of experienced sellers across Baby, CPG, Health, and emerging verticals—owning revenue delivery, optimizing team performance, and refining how we go to market. This role is responsible for scaling Babylist's media revenue through strategic deal-making, operational rigor, and close partnership with teams in and across the business.
You will lead execution and partner across the business to shape how we drive growth through media partnerships and creative, audience-first programs. This role reports to the VP of Strategic Partnerships and is a key part of the Revenue leadership team.

Babylist follows a market-based approach to compensation, with pay varying based on location, experience, and qualifications. In compliance with applicable pay transparency laws, the starting base salary range for this role is $160,440.00 to $209,160.00, representing the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this position. This role is also eligible for commission. Your starting salary within this range will be determined based on your skills, experience, and work location, with future adjustments informed by role growth, performance, and internal pay equity.
