What You'll Do

  • Serve as the accountable executive for a flagship global technology client, building trust and long-term partnership across multiple business groups
  • Own and grow a multimillion-dollar book of business, with an annual revenue target of $12.5M+, through consultative selling, pursuit leadership, and client expansion strategies
  • Shape and execute go-to-market strategies, collaborating with Slalom's delivery, strategy, experience, data and technology teams to solve complex client challenges
  • Lead high-impact proposals and pricing efforts, ensuring alignment with client priorities and delivery excellence
  • Guide cross-functional delivery teams to achieve measurable results across business transformation, product development, platform implementation, and operating model design
  • Maintain a 20% personal utilization target while setting the tone for excellence, ownership, and value realization
  • Coach and mentor team members across the client account, supporting growth, feedback culture, and inclusive leadership
  • Represent Slalom in the tech ecosystem, cultivating executive relationships and reinforcing Slalom's position as a top-tier strategic partner

What You'll Bring

  • A passion for growing major client relationships—this role is for a professional services leader who sees opportunity where others see complexity
  • A proven ability to meet and exceed a $12.5M+ revenue target, with a track record of strategic selling, enterprise account growth, and trusted advisory delivery
  • Experience leading or supporting complex, global clients in the technology industry, particularly within hyperscale or platform-driven organizations
  • Executive-level presence and the ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate clearly across technical and business domains
  • 15+ years of relevant experience, including leadership roles in consulting, enterprise technology, or digital transformation environments
  • Operational acumen to manage delivery excellence, financial performance, and account operations while maintaining a 20% utilization target
  • Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams across functions, capabilities, and locations
  • Local presence in the Bay Area with flexibility to travel to client sites and Slalom offices on a hybrid schedule

Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $225,000 to $359,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
