Position Summary

The Expert S2P Systems Analyst will play a key role in the modernization program, supporting the implementation of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Supply Chain initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in S2P technologies (SAP Ariba, SAP ECC & S/4HANA, SQL) and an understanding of integration points with other functions such as Inventory, Finance, and Accounts Payable.

The analyst will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals around process standardization, data accuracy, and technology innovation.

Reporting: This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, S2P Business Strategy.

Work Model: Hybrid – combination of remote and onsite work as business needs require.

Responsibilities

  • Represent procurement processes during design workshops, requirements socialization, and solution confirmation.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis from design workshops and provide solution recommendations.
  • Partner with business teams to identify gaps and develop technical solutions.
  • Design and develop IT solutions integrating SAP modules with enterprise systems for seamless data flow.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate data risks to ensure project success.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in business or supply chain systems development, maintenance, support, report creation, or analysis.

Preferred:

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain/business systems.
  • 2+ years of leadership or team lead experience.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • SAP certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Expert knowledge of SAP MM/EWM/Ariba functionality.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP MM module and SAP BW.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes (orders, inventory movements, goods receipts, invoicing, payments).
  • Proven ability to create complex SAP and SQL Server reports; database design experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.

Compensation

  • Salary Range (Bay Area): $100,000 – $135,000)
  • Eligible for discretionary incentive compensation programs.
