About The Position
We're looking for a Lead GTM Systems Engineer to architect, build, and scale the technical foundation powering our go-to-market motion. This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on building robust, scalable integrations and intelligent workflows across our Salesforce ecosystem and GTM tech stack. You'll work at the intersection of systems architecture, AI integration, and proactive support motions, driving data, automation, and tooling to accelerate revenue growth.
You will contribute by
- Architect and build reliable, scalable integrations between Salesforce, our internal platform (Hyperion), and third-party GTM tools (Intercom, HubSpot, Outreach, Zapier, and marketing automation platforms).
- Set and enforce development best practices, including code standards, documentation, and CI/CD workflows for maintainability and scale.
- Contribute to AI-powered initiatives, embedding AI and LLM-based tools into PLG GTM workflows to deliver insights to the right teams at the right time.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable system designs.
- Monitor and maintain platform health by managing data pipelines and system syncs, ensure data accuracy, and troubleshoot outages or integration failures.
- Mentor junior engineers and admins, providing architectural guidance across the GTM systems team.
Your background includes
- Extensive Salesforce development experience: Apex, Flows, LWC, SLDS, SOQL, APIs, and deep knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture.
- Strong integration and data chops: experience building and managing integrations across complex systems; comfortable with SQL and data pipelines.
- Python experience: developing scripts or services; familiarity with cloud data platforms like Snowflake.
- AI/LLM familiarity: experience embedding large language models into real-world applications; bonus in GTM or automation contexts.
- Systems thinking: ability to design for scalability and maintainability while balancing business needs.
- Excellent communication: ability to explain technical decisions to engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive ownership: self-starter who identifies and solves problems.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with dbt, Fivetran, Segment, or middleware platforms (e.g., Census).
- Background in Revenue Operations or deep understanding of GTM workflows.

Work location and schedule
Hybrid roles at Hover. Hover has hubs in San Francisco and New York City. Employees within a 50-mile radius are expected to come into the local Hover office at least three times a week. Fully remote roles are not being considered at this time.
Compensation note
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000 - $199,000 annually. Salary ranges reflect role, level, and location; individual pay is determined by location and other factors. Specific salary details for your preferred location will be shared during the hiring process.
