Job Details

This position is responsible for the timely oversight and operational management of various projects and programs. This individual should be able to work and think independently as well as interact with various organizational levels. This position will report to the Senior Medical Director, Medical Affairs. This position has the potential to be fully remote. Occasional travel will be required for in person meetings. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the planning and execution of medical congresses Assist in the planning and execution of Advisory boards to include, consulting agreements, FMV assessments and aggregate spend reporting Contributes to the overall project management of other Medical Affairs projects (training, grant reviews, HEOR projects, etc.) and assists the project owner(s) in the monitoring of project milestones, deliverables and budget Collaborates with the internal cross departmental colleagues/stakeholders and external consultants/vendor representative...Operations, Director, Associate, Contract, Medical, Medical Director, Manufacturing, Staffing
