Description:

Overview

Nothing exists to make tech feel exciting again. We're building a company that puts design, emotion, and human creativity at the heart of everything we do. Our products blend iconic design with intuitive engineering to inspire, not just function.

This is a place for the curious—the creators who ask why not and mean it. If you're drawn to bold ideas, fast moves, and work that feels meaningful, you'll fit right in. We're not here to follow the rules; we're here to make better ones.

About Nothing

Founded in London in 2020, Nothing is a design-led tech company building an alternative to the industry giants. Our products—from award-winning smartphones to expressive audio and wearables—blend design with engineering to put people and creativity at the center of consumer tech. Backed by GV, EQT Ventures, C Ventures, and influential investors, we've grown from startup to global challenger in a few years.

The Role

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Sales Lead to oversee our audio and wearables business across North America. This role will own the full sales cycle—from defining go-to-market strategy to managing key accounts and channels, to delivering ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in consumer electronics, understands premium audio and wearable device markets, and can balance relationship-building with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development – Identify and secure new retail, digital, and B2B channel partners. Work closely with marketing to execute demand-generation programs and product campaigns. Provide market feedback to product and category teams to guide innovation and roadmap planning.
  • Sales Strategy & Market Development – Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue, market share, and category growth for audio and wearable products. Deliver accurate quarterly and annual forecasts, managing performance against KPIs. Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities. Manage and grow partnerships with national retailers, e-commerce platforms, and distributors. Lead annual joint business planning, promotional calendars, and product launches with key accounts. Optimize assortment, merchandising, and inventory management to maximize sell-through. Act as the North American category lead for audio and wearables, working cross-functionally with global sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos to partners and at industry events. Mentor junior team members and support the development of best-in-class sales processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of sales experience in consumer electronics, with a focus on audio, wearables, or related categories.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in North America.
  • Strong relationships with key retail and e-commerce decision-makers.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into strategies.
  • Willingness to travel 25–40% of the time.

Preferred

  • Experience with both premium and mass-market product positioning.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central, omnichannel retail models, and specialty lifestyle retailers.
  • Passion for technology, sound, and innovation in wearable tech.
