The Atlassian Sustainability Team is open, always learning, and comes with varied backgrounds and experiences. While the core team is U.S.-West-Coast-based, we partner with Atlassian teams globally. We are a progressive team that takes time each week to reflect on wins, challenges, business intel, and emerging trends in the sustainability space. This allows us to advance our work as a team, progressing environmental, social, and governance efforts together. Responsibilities
This new role on Atlassian's Sustainability team will drive a customer engagement program and partner across Atlassian to align our sustainability reporting and narrative with customer, investor, and internal stakeholder expectations and requirements. Collaborating closely with teams like Sales, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Communications, the Director of Sustainability Reporting and Engagement will be responsible for ensuring our sustainability disclosures are transparent, impactful, and integrated into Atlassian's core business.
