Due to our continuous growth, we are currently seeking a highly experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Lead with 10+ years in Quality Assurance and SAP QM to serve as a key member of the Quality Assurance Center of Excellence (CoE). This role ensures alignment with global quality standards and provides expert support across the QA Global Distribution for SAP QM and relevant end-to-end supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- End-User Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for SAP QM users, addressing inquiries and resolving usability issues.
- Collaborate with Global Product Distribution & Affiliates teams to interpret user needs and ensure they are accurately reflected in the SAP system.
- Direct users to existing training materials and procedures, identifying and reporting gaps in documentation.
- System Functionality
- Triage and investigate user-reported issues to confirm system defects.
- Report confirmed defects to the central QM Support Team and IT, assisting in root-cause analysis and solution evaluation.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Validation (VAL) for defect resolutions and new enhancements.
- Participate in the development of business cases and requirements reviews for new functionality.
- Support GxP deviation investigations with immediate containment actions and impact assessments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Collaborate with SAP mega-process teams (RTR, OTC, PTP) to ensure Global Distribution requirements are integrated into end-to-end processes.
- Act as a liaison for process improvement initiatives, including sustainment releases, master data management, and workflow optimization.
- Harmonize and standardize quality processes (e.g., batch release) across the global network.
- Provide master data support for Inspection Plans and Material Master data.
- Communication & Change Management
- Actively participate in technical and support team meetings, providing status updates on defects and enhancements.
- Communicate system changes, fixes, and updates effectively to the broader user community.
- Work closely with Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to develop and deliver training plans and materials, ensuring user readiness.
- Performance Metrics
- Support the definition and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of QA processes and system performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10 + years of hands-on experience configuring, supporting, and using SAP Quality Management (QM) module in a GxP environment.
- Proven experience in distribution supply chain operations, with a deep understanding of the integration across manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and logistics.
- Strong ability to assess end-to-end process impact of system changes.
- Experience with triaging defects, supporting UAT, and managing change control processes.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple time zones and cultures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of integrated SAP processes beyond QM, specifically Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP).
- Project management or business analysis experience.
