Position Overview

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a reputable law firm in California to find an experienced Business and Real Estate Attorney. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in diverse legal practices, focusing on both business and real estate law. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in handling complex transactions and providing strategic legal advice to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business contracts and real estate agreements.
  • Providing legal counsel on corporate governance, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Advising clients on real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and leases.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Representing clients in court and mediation proceedings when necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in business and real estate matters.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal strategies.
  • Managing a diverse caseload with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business and real estate law.
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills for complex legal documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in legal research and analytical tools.
  • Experience representing clients in both transactional and litigation matters.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday.

Additional Details

Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
