Responsibilities
HashiCorp's R&D Portfolio Strategy team is central to our R&D organization and closely connected to product management, engineering, design, product marketing, support, and go-to-market (GTM) teams. Our mission is to align R&D execution with corporate strategy through unified portfolio planning, optimized resource allocation, clear strategic analysis, and outcome-focused enablement.
As a Senior Portfolio Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in translating our product development efforts into tangible financial outcomes, driving critical investment decisions, and navigating a dynamic data landscape following the IBM acquisition. This is an internally focused role with high executive visibility, emphasizing data-driven financial insights to support our internal teams in maximizing business growth and strategic impact.
