Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all clinical operations activities, from study start-up through close-out.
• Build and mentor a high-performing clinical operations team.
• Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and vendor management.
• Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Quality to ensure alignment on program goals.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies across multiple studies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive clinical operations experience, including leadership roles in biotech/pharma.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering global clinical trials.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
