The Director, Digital Marketing reports to the VP, Global Marketing and is a critical member of the U.S. organization supporting Dompé's breakthrough therapy, Oxervate, the first and only ophthalmic biologic product for patients with neurotrophic keratitis (NK).
Oxervate's primary customers are eye care providers (ECPs) who manage and treat NK, including Optometrists (ODs), General Ophthalmologists (GOs), and Cornea Specialists (CS).
The Director, Digital Marketing will develop and execute the digital brand strategy for Oxervate in the US, including branded and disease-state marketing resources and tactics for ECPs and patients, with a goal of growing the prescriber base and patient reach and increasing overall NK disease awareness. The role requires collaboration with agency partners, media planners, and internal stakeholders to create a comprehensive digital marketing resource and campaign set to raise NK awareness and educate stakeholders about Oxervate.
Required experience includes developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns and resources; strong social media marketing skills; ability to work cross-functionally; self-motivated with a passion to raise NK and Oxervate awareness using current digital marketing strategies; and a commitment to evolving the brand's value proposition to fuel sales growth and the company's development and mission to bring innovative therapies to patients.
Preference for a Bay Area or Orange County, CA based candidate, but remote work may be possible for the right individual.
Base Salary: $200,000 - $235,000 per year
At Dompé, we offer an attractive compensation package including base salary, incentive bonus, and benefits. Actual pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other factors permitted by law.
