About the Role

We are seeking an innovative and accomplished Chief Commercial Officer / Chief Revenue Officer (CCO/CRO) to join our team. This role is crucial for driving the strategic and operational success of our organization. As a key partner to the CEO, you will lead the charge in scaling our commercial operations and achieving ambitious revenue growth targets.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy that encompasses market access, sales, and marketing initiatives.
  • Building and nurturing a high-performing commercial team that embodies excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Translating vision into actionable plans to ensure the company's success in the competitive biotechnology landscape.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of commercial leadership experience in the medical device, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries, particularly within high-growth, clinical-stage environments. Strong strategic thinking abilities, exceptional team-building skills, and extensive experience in market access and product commercialization are essential.

Qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degrees are strongly preferred.
  • A proven track record of success in scaling companies.
  • Expertise in cell therapy, biologics, or medical device markets, including familiarity with regulatory and reimbursement landscapes.
  • Strong business acumen, along with experience in managing budgets and P&L.
  • A robust network within the biopharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
