Primary duties require advanced architectural and engineering knowledge gained through extensive experience and specialized education in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Technology Engineering.

Your Impact:

• Lead the MEPT team within a designated territory, engaging with clients and steering business development and marketing strategies to ensure financial success.
• Manage and provide leadership to the MEPT staff at an assigned office.
• Coordinate project operations across disciplines to deliver high-quality, timely results to clients.
• Ensure all work is original, meets high standards of quality, and adheres to LEAF Engineers' standards for excellence in construction.
• Communicate effectively with clients, leadership, project teams, contractors, and consultants both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain and ensure compliance of project documentation throughout all project phases.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on project and team matters.
• Support LEAF Engineers leadership in project delivery and team management.
• Perform engineering proposals and cost estimates across various systems, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Technology, Fire Alarm, and Fire Sprinkler.

Qualifications:

• At least 12 years of experience in an AEC or engineering consulting firm.
• B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) license required.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD for design assessment.
• Willingness and ability to conduct site inspections.
• Strong project management skills to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the K-12 educational market.
• Proficiency with MEP calculations and Title-24 documentation using Energy Pro software.

The salary for California locations varies based on qualifications, experience, and other factors. The range is $186,509.00 - $279,764.00.
