Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams on SMB accounts to understand customer profiles, business challenges, and solutions to optimize customer success.
• Engage in customer discovery to identify needs and align Atlassian products and solutions.
• Identify opportunities for cross-product expansion and assess client pain points.
• Serve as a product expert, demonstrating Atlassian software's value and integration capabilities.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations to diverse stakeholders.
• Guide customers' technical needs during sales to secure buy-in.
• Collaborate with SMB sales teams on pipeline and opportunity management.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback and competitive insights internally.
• Continuously develop product and sales process knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pre-sales experience with SMB customers, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of translating business issues into solutions.
• Comfortable engaging with both business executives and technical audiences.
• Customer-centric mindset with a proven track record of building relationships and collaborating internally.
