About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP and Head of Finance/Operations for the European region. This pivotal role involves the development and management of all financial and operational functions, with a focus on supporting the company's expansion and the successful launch of its RAS-targeted therapies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing European financial activities, ensuring compliance, and aligning with global stakeholders. Strategic financial planning, budgeting, and P&L management for the European region are key responsibilities, as is the support of commercial teams with financial business planning and market access strategies. The role also includes operational support for the European commercial distribution channel, supply chain management, and compliance with international trade regulations. Applicants must have a financial education, with an MBA/CPA/CA/CFA preferred, and at least 15 years' of finance experience in a public global biopharmaceutical company. A background as a head of finance for an EU5 affiliate or Europe region is essential. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, operations, and cross-functional management, as well as exceptional financial analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, with a proven ability to lead and develop teams, and will possess a can-do attitude with a focus on collaboration and authenticity. Experience in supply chain management and logistics, particularly with a 3PL, is also a key requirement.
