Remote Structural Design Engineer About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Structural Design Engineer to join our growing team. This is an immediate opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of complex, heavily loaded structural systems for large industrial and manufacturing facilities. Our projects demand not only technical excellence, but also innovative thinking and strong coordination across disciplines.This is a design-intensive role involving both structural engineering calculations and the creation of construction documents, with a focus on Revit-based design and BIM coordination.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver structural engineering solutions for industrial and manufacturing facilitiesCoordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure alignment across client deliverablesConduct structural analysis and modeling using tools like RAM, Tekla, and Bentley productsPrepare structural design documentation in Revit (steel, concrete, and foundation systems)Perform calculations of loads and stresses on beams, foundations, and structural systemsPredict and analyze structural behavior under various environmental conditionsEnsure compliance with legal, environmental, and health & safety standardsSelect appropriate materials and provide repair or demolition recommendations as neededSupport project schedules, QA/QC goals, and deliver timely communication to stakeholdersContribute to restoration, renovations, and lifecycle extension of existing buildingsParticipate in site visits and inspections as neededQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural focus) from an accredited university5+ years of structural engineering experience, ideally with large industrial/manufacturing projectsProficiency in structural steel and concrete design, including heavy foundationsExperience using Revit and structural analysis software such as STAAD, TSD, Bentley RAM, or similarStrong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in dynamic project environments and think critically under pressureWhy Join Us:We offer a diversified project portfolio with clients in pharmaceutical, life sciences, data centers, mission critical facilities, industrial/manufacturing, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
