About the role:
Ironclad is hiring a Senior Director of GTM FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic insights across our Go-to-Market (GTM) functions-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Outcomes. This role reports to the VP of FP&A and sits within the Finance organization under the CFO, acting as a key business partner to GTM leadership and a critical driver of Ironclad's continued revenue growth.
As Ironclad continues to scale from a strong mid-market foundation into the enterprise, you will help guide GTM investment strategy, support complex sales motions, and enable our next stage of growth through strong financial modeling, analysis, and operational rigor.
