We are seeking a strategic and analytical Director of FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis for our Product and Go-To-Market (GTM) functions. This role will be a key business partner to Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership, driving financial insights, forecasting, and decision support to accelerate growth and optimize investment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary finance partner to Product and GTM leadership teams.
• Provide financial guidance on product roadmap investments, pricing strategies, and market expansion initiatives.
• Support long-term planning and strategic initiatives with scenario modeling and ROI analysis.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for Product and GTM functions.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support bookings, revenue, headcount planning, and program spend.
• Monitor performance against plans and provide actionable insights to drive accountability.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews with variance analysis and key performance indicators.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools to track product profitability, customer acquisition costs, and marketing ROI.
• Analyze trends and identify risks/opportunities to improve financial outcomes.
• Enhance FP&A processes and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with stakeholders to automate reporting and streamline workflows.
• Drive adoption of best practices across the finance organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A at a high growth SaaS company, investment banking or corporate development
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, operating metrics and key drivers of GTM (sales, marketing, and customer success) and Product organizations
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning tools.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

California Base Pay Range

$174,000-$213,000 USD
