Director of FP&A
Location: Southern California, Utah, or Arizona (On-site)

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning efforts. This is a critical role reporting directly to the CFO, offering high visibility and impact within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's budgeting and forecasting processes across all departments
• Drive strategic financial planning and scenario modeling to support executive decision-making
• Deliver actionable insights through financial analysis and KPIs
• Partner with business leaders to develop and monitor financial goals and initiatives
• Develop and maintain long-term financial models to support business strategy and investment decisions
• Present financial performance and projections to senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience in FP&A, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic finance
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills
• Ability to lead and influence across all levels of the organization
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
• Must be able to work on-site in Southern California, Utah, or Arizona
