About the Role

The organization is actively looking for a Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial operations of the Hospital. This is a pivotal leadership role, essential for delivering strategic financial guidance and assuring the Hospital's financial integrity, sustainability, and performance. The ideal candidate will take charge of all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics while collaborating closely with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to enhance value-based care, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the development and execution of annual operating and capital budgets, long-range financial forecasts, and strategic financial plans. The CFO will be tasked with providing executive-level financial insights, managing financial performance, and advocating for robust data governance and analytics. Additionally, ensuring compliance with regulatory and reporting obligations is crucial.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or CPA is highly preferred, along with a minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience within a complex healthcare provider context. Expertise in hospital and healthcare financial operations, strategic planning, capital management, and healthcare reimbursement is essential.

Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level presentations are required. Proficiency with financial systems and enterprise analytics platforms is also necessary. This role calls for a proven leader experienced in team development, cross-functional collaboration, and effective change management, complemented by strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
