About the Role
We are looking for an innovative Chief Growth Strategist to spearhead our B2B capability development in the dynamic enterprise agility space. In this pivotal role, you will drive business development initiatives, enhance growth in the enterprise segment, and expand our channel partnerships. Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging prospective and existing enterprise customers, raising awareness of our extensive offerings, and forging strategic partnerships that support enterprises in their agile transformation journeys.
The Chief Growth Strategist will define ambitious growth objectives, devise effective strategies to achieve them, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement these strategies successfully.
Ideal candidates should possess exceptional leadership and management skills, a strategic mindset, and a robust understanding of agile methodologies and their applications in enterprise environments. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required (Master's preferred), along with a minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or similar roles, including at least 7 years in leadership positions. Experience in the learning and development or EdTech space, particularly in agile certifications and training, is highly desirable. A proven track record of acquiring and managing enterprise customers, along with proficiency in CRM software and various sales and marketing tools, is mandatory.
