Key Responsibilities:

  • Create exceptional dining experiences for guests – this includes greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments accurately.
  • Keep our store clean and visually appealing.
  • Adhere to operational standards and safety protocols to ensure quality and fresh food is served.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, rotating through various positions such as front counter, drive-through, or kitchen duties.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve daily goals in a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Must be friendly and helpful.
  • Previous experience in operations is advantageous.
  • Some high school education is preferred.
  • Food Handler certification may be required based on local regulations, and any associated costs will be the responsibility of the applicant.

The expected pay range for this position is $23 - $26 per hour, based on factors such as location and experience.

While performing duties, you will occasionally encounter hot and steamy areas, and the workspace may feel confined. You should be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and adapt quickly to a vibrant, fast-paced environment where effective communication is essential.
