Job Summary The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of in-center and home therapies. You will deliver all patient care in a vehicle, and sometimes other locations. As a Patient Services Representative I you will be a part of a team, which could include a Dialysis Nurse, Patient Technician(s), Social Worker/Patient Coordinator, and Center Manager, delivered to a patient in an outpatient facility or patients home. To make sure patients and families have a hassle-free experience, youll learn to:

Deliver multiple complex variable treatments. Administer medications under the direction of a clinician. Collect all patient data/information. Respond to and refer incoming patient care questions, including initial telephone and walk-in patient inquiries. Handle referral set-up from referrals to physicians and other colleagues. Assist in developing and fulfilling patient education plans.
