LHH seeks a Bilingual Program Manager to oversee vital services for women, teens, and children across multiple community sites. This is an onsite position in San Francisco, CA.

?? What You'll Do: As a key leader, you'll manage the Drop-in Center and Domestic Violence Response Team, supervise staff across various locations, and ensure high-quality service delivery. You'll also:

• Lead hiring, training, and performance management for program staff
• Oversee client documentation and data reporting for grants and contracts
• Step in to provide direct services when needed
• Foster strong community partnerships and internal collaboration
• Ensure safety protocols and daily operations run smoothly
• Represent the organization as part of the management team

?? What You Bring:

• A BA/BS in Social Work, Nonprofit Administration, Business, or related field
• A minimum of 5+ years of supervisory experience in a nonprofit setting
• A minimum of 3 years working with underserved communities.
• Proven ability to manage government grants/contracts in the non profit sector
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift/push/pull 25+ lbs and navigate stairs regularly
• Valid CA Driver's License and insurability
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• Flexibility working occasional evening, weekend, and/or holiday hours for community events.

?? Compensation & Perks:

• Salary: $70,000–$80,000/year (DOE)
• Full-time, exempt role with occasional evening/weekend/holiday hours
