About the Role

As theSenior Director of Studio Performance and Operations, you will be at the forefront of Kalologie's growth strategy—developing and implementing scalable, standardized systems to drive efficiency, consistency, and profitability across all medspa studios.

This role will take immediate ownership of:

• Building and executing a comprehensiveOperations Manual
• Implementingperformance benchmarksand best practices
• Driving significantmembership growth

• Ensuring all studios are aligned, empowered, and operating at peak performance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manageP&L education and accountabilityacross all studios
• Develop and roll outstandard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Integratedata analytics toolsto support performance insights and decisions

• Coach and support local teams to enhance performance and consistency

• Collaborate onstrategic marketing initiativesto drive studio growth

• Maintain alignment between corporate and studio-level goals and execution

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience leading multi-unit operations in wellness, medical spa or hospitality

• Strong background in operational systems, team development, and data integration

• Track record of successfully scaling growth and driving measurable performance improvements

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Based in or willing to relocate to theEast Bay or Sacramento Area

• Willing to travel regularly to studio locations
