We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Director, Customer Success BI to lead our internal BI function for our Grow business. This role will play a critical role in transforming complex data into clear business insights, and be responsible for leading a team delivering actionable intelligence across revenue optimization, and business analytics. Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Operations, this role is based in San Francisco, California. The main partners of this role include the Chief Revenue Officer of Grow, and their direct reports.
