Oversee the Deposit Pricing strategy and strategic focus for Savings & CD products that meet the needs of our everyday customers. Work closely with the Finance, Branch, & Marketing organizations to understand current market trends, competitive solutions, and how Wells Fargo products are priced in the market. Work closely with Marketing to develop and create competitive CD or Savings offerings. Analyze customer needs, market dynamics, trends, regulatory requirements, and risk management to inform product, solution, and experiences we deliver. Develop and influence business plans and metrics, requirements, and change implementations across multiple groups. Articulate product vision, define scope, establish goals, and provide direction on building, changing, and managing deposit products, solutions, and experiences.
