We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Multifamily Asset Oversight to lead our substantial portfolio encompassing large-scale multifamily properties. In this pivotal role, you will drive asset performance with a strong focus on enhancing net operating income and maximizing overall market value.

Your collaboration with third-party property management teams will be key to ensuring top-notch operations, effective leasing strategies, maintenance efficiency, and the successful execution of capital improvement projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing strategic direction and preparing annual business plans that align with overall company goals.
  • Staying informed of market trends to inform decisions and asset strategies.
  • Leading and mentoring teams while delivering projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in multifamily asset management, investments, or property management.
  • Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach with a creative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple assets while understanding each asset's unique business plan.
