About The Role
As an Engineering Manager for Growth, you will support one team of engineers (7 - 10 engineers). Your fullstack team will focus on creating engaging marketing experiences throughout the member journey through automations, software solutions, data pipelines, and custom integrations.
You will have the opportunity to hire, coach, and foster individual growth. You will guide your team towards key metrics and feedback loops for continuous improvement. As a leader, you should be familiar with your team's tech stack and spend about 15% of your time coding and merging pull requests.
You will work closely with stakeholders to prioritize the team backlog and set sprint goals. To support ongoing improvement, you will track relevant metrics and lead blameless retrospectives to turn insights into actions.
