Job Details

Teach assigned lecture and clinical courses in the nursing program in a manner consistent with the departments standards. The assignment may include teaching within any of the nursing programs. Maintain competency in nursing specialties. Coordinate the specialty content for the Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) Program. Fully participate in all aspects of the nursing programs, including development of policies and procedures, planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating all aspects of the program. Facilitate the implementation of the evaluation plan of the nursing programs, including monitoring admissions and selection procedures, attrition and retention of students, and performance of graduates in meeting community needs. Assume responsibility and accountability for instruction, evaluation of students, planning and implementing curriculum content.
