What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Serve as a technical expert alongside Account Executives throughout the entire sales cycle
  2. Create and deliver custom presentations and demos that address customer problems and solutions
  3. Facilitate tailored proof-of-concepts that engage and inform potential clients
  4. Advocate for prospects internally, focusing on their needs and forging paths forward
  5. Demonstrate a strong understanding of key security concepts and cloud infrastructure

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 6+ years of customer-facing sales engineering experience
  2. Knowledge of the security industry, including competitors and market trends
  3. Technical knowledge of networking and endpoint security concepts
  4. Strong presentation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  5. Experience with Windows and Linux command-line, including scripting languages like Python or PowerShell

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Familiarity with enterprise endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions
  2. Practical experience in administering and configuring EDRs and analyzing metadata
  3. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  4. Understanding of key sales activities and their impact on business objectives
