Job Title: Contract Manager III

Location: South San Francisco, CA 94080 Hybrid - three days in office, two remote (no overtime required)

Duration: Until 12/31/2026

Interview Format (1 interview - panel): With three team members, if there is a need for another interview to determine a best fit for finalist, there will be another round scheduled w/hiring manager

Who You Are

• 10+ years of experience

• BS/BA in Business, Legal or related discipline, or equivalent education plus experience. JD preferred.

• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of industry regulations

• Partner with stakeholder groups to assess future needs; foresee and implement changes to internal processes (e.g. legal, templates, DOA/playbooks

Certification in contract management preferred
