If you are ready to make a meaningful impact and shape the future of land development, we invite you to apply.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Project Managers on project designs, from conceptual planning to final documentation.Create comprehensive design documentation for site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management, erosion/sediment control, roadways , and water resources .Provide technical support to engineering and administrative staff, ensuring project accuracy and compliance with company and client standards.Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D 2023 to create and manipulate 3D surfaces with a high degree of precision.QualificationsMinimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in land development.Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2023 is required.Proven experience in creating and manipulating 3D surfaces, corridors, and pipe networks using Civil 3D.Strong project management, client relations, and design skills.Detail-oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills.Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Engineering-In-Training (EIT) certification are a plus.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Pay: $33-$40/hour DOEComprehensive Benefits Package: Group medical, dental, vision, life, and insurance.Professional Growth: Opportunities for career advancement and mentorship.Generous Paid Time Off: Vacation, sick leave, personal days, and paid holidays.Retirement: 401K retirement and profit-sharing plan.How to ApplyReady to shape the future of land development with us?
