Job Description

As a Senior Project Management Consultant, you will partner with client leadership to lead project and program planning and execution across functions within the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring mission-critical outcomes. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading product development projects and programs, including pre-clinical R&D, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
  • Developing and optimizing business processes and project management capabilities.
  • Creating integrated project plans aligned with strategic goals.
  • Managing projects within scope, schedule, and budget, exceeding standards.
  • Establishing and leading high-performance project teams.
  • Providing oversight to IPM consultants and contributing to business development activities.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • At least 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 7+ years in project management, or 20+ years in life sciences with relevant project management experience.
  • Knowledge of disciplined project management processes; certifications like PMP or Six Sigma are advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
