We are seeking a visionary Founding Hardware Engineer to join our core team and shape the future of our company. As a key contributor, you will drive the development of innovative hardware architectures and RTL for complex hardware blocks or IP, taking a leadership role in RTL design and verification efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop RTL for groundbreaking hardware blocks or IP.
• Lead RTL design and verification initiatives for complex, high-performance hardware systems.
• Collaborate closely with co-founders and cross-functional teams to define and implement SoC design strategies.
• Apply expertise in SystemVerilog and Verilog to deliver robust, scalable hardware solutions.
• Utilize Python for software development, scripting, and automation to streamline design and verification workflows.
• Contribute to the technical vision and roadmap of the company as a founding member.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in RTL design, hardware architecture, or IP development for complex systems.
• Deep expertise in SystemVerilog, Verilog, and SoC design methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving RTL or verification efforts for sophisticated hardware blocks.
• Experience at leading-edge chip companies
• Strong proficiency in Python for software development and automation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
